Established in 2022, SKHQ is the creation of

Simply Kate Special Events.

A 268sqm warehouse space converted into a clean, crispy, tropical party paradise.  

We have two beautiful spaces available for hire:
 

• The Warehouse – Our signature space with open-plan flow, soaring ceilings, and magical natural light. Perfect for larger events, celebrations, and creative experiences.
   

• The Loft – An intimate upstairs area ideal for meetings, workshops, and office use.  It’s a versatile and private space that is set up as an office environment with a  large board table and AV equipment.
